Auto-Shutdown

You didnt mention which version of "Windows Workstation" you need auto-shutdown support for. Starting with Windows 2000, the shutdown.exe utility is available will probably accomplish your needs, see [?:^http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=317371 "How To Use the Remote Shutdown Tool to Shut Down and Restart a Computer in Windows 2000"] for details.
