2. What is my member status?
You can go to “Profile
Update ” and login, if you haven’t already. You
can find your member type, your original member start date, your
current term start date, and your current term end date.

4. I have not received a membership dues
notice (invoice) for my membership, how can I get one?
You should receive a membership dues notice (e-invoice) 60 days
before your membership ends, as long as you have a valid e-mail
address in the NASPA database. You will continue to receive an e-invoice
every 30 days until 60 days after your expiration.
If you have not receive a receipt, this could mean your e-mail
address is not on file or it needs to be updated in the database.

Update ” you will be prompted to login.

5. I paid my membership dues and have not
received a membership dues confirmation notice (receipt). How do
I get a membership dues confirmation notice (receipt) so I can submit
it to my employer?
You should have received a payment confirmation (receipt) when you
renewed your membership. You also will be receiving a receipt 30
days after your renewal or membership application is processed along
with a new membership card.
6. I would like to become a NASPA member.
What type of memberships do you offer and how much are membership
dues?
Go to: “Enrollment Info”,
once you have opened the enrollment page you can click on the
“Membership Types” link to find out the different types
of membership we offer. To find out the costs of the different types
of memberships click on either one of the two forms, “Individual
Membership Enrollment Form” or “Group Membership Form”.
7. Do you accept Credit Cards for a payment
method?
We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.
8. I am a student; do you offer any discounts
for students?
We do offer a Student membership, which costs $20.00, for a USA
yearly membership and $26.00 for an International yearly membership,
with unlimited access to the NASPA website.
