How do I get my userid and password?

Once you have joined, you will be sent your login credentials via e-mail. You credentials will be sent to the e-mail address you used when you filled out the membership application. If you have not received the e-mail with your login credentials or you have a problem after receiving your login credentials, please do not hesitate to contact the NaSPA Customer Care Center at:
