WELCOME TO THE IT FORUM MONTHLY COLUMN! LAST MONTH WE LAUNCHED A blog on NaSPA's website called The IT Forum. http://www.NaSPA.com/itforum. I wrote an article in Technical Support agazine's August issue about the prevalence of blogs and social networks in the IT world. We are being told by some experts that these new media outlets will change how things are done. We have heard this so many times before. As I said in the August article, let's find out for ourselves how the blogging world could change we how do business in IT.
