SERVICE ORIENTED ARCHITECTURE (SOA) IS an emerging standard that has the promise of becoming as common and widely used as TCP/IP protocol is today. The need for easier integration, flexibility, adaptability, and reuse is driving a lot of the interest in SOA and it is becoming a key strategy for large IT organizations, with hopes of cross-platform harmony.
