When you say you are moving to a portal version of the web site, does this mean there will be NO monthly magazines or archives?

Not at all. The portal format actually will allow NaSPA to add more content, at a much quicker pace. In the old "print" format it would take approximately 90 days from the time an article was written until it appeared in the magazine. In the new and improved portal format, the turn around will be as quick as 2 - 3 days.

NaSPA members will continue to see articles/columns from the top notch authors and columnists that have always been a part of the Technical Support magazine family. Members are still very much encouraged to contribute to the community. The portal allows the association to take advantage of today's technology to improve service to our members.

Past issues of the magazine will continue to be archived on the Web site as well.

Your thoughts and comments are welcomed as NaSPA makes the transition to this new and exciting content delivery portal. Please share your thoughts via the Feedback link.
